Taste the world of gastronomy
The culinary world is in full swing, but not always accessible. That's why our chefs invite you to the Low Food Festival. What are their secret ingredients? How do they make a difference on the plate? And which international chefs are they inspired by? You will find out at the Low Food Festival. Whether you like to visit restaurants, challenge yourself with cooking or especially fanatically watch cooking series. It's three days of enjoyment for everyone.
Stop by, celebrate your love of good food and satisfy your hunger for new flavors and inspiration. From September 6 to 8 at Move Amsterdam; Restaurant Wils and Wils Bakery Café.
The tasting line-up features some of our favorite entrepreneurs and tasting experts who will make your taste buds dance for 45 minutes. These professionals are happy to share their love for the product. Of course, you'll also learn the intricacies of tasting. Do you taste oak, blueberry or flowers? Do you smell coffee, nuts or spices? What do you feel, what do you see? This will be enjoyment with all your senses.
Stroll like a top chef past the finest ingredients, discover new products and techniques and be surprised by special makers and brands at the Low Food Festival Food market. Stop by Tortilleria Taiyari for Mexican tips & tricks, taste unique flavors at Dutch Wasabi and many more great names will be announced soon. Of course, you can also enjoy a good glass of wine and delicious snacks at the Food market. And who knows, you might bump into your favorite chef.
