Cooking class with star appeal - what to expect
Each cuisine has its own stars, chefs who excel in their own fields. Low Food Festival is your chance to join them in learning how to make one of their signature dishes. Like a classic choux au chocolat by patissier Laura Vervoort. And how about Vanja van der Leeden's Indorock satay? Quickly claim your spot in one of the workshops! There are also people who understand the art of conveying the experience of good food without serving a bite. They are culinary critic Hassnae Bouazza and food photographer Oof Verschuren.
